The program runs for 6 weeks, delivered live virtually.
Each week includes:

❓ What’s the investment and payment options?
The full program investment is $1,850.
You can choose from four monthly payments of $525 for added flexibility.
There are no hidden fees, just one clear, transparent investment in your growth and visibility.
❓ Do I need my manager’s approval or can I join personally?
Not necessarily. Many participants invest personally because they see the value in accelerating their own visibility and career readiness.
However, if your company offers a professional-development budget, we’ll provide a Manager/Sponsor Summary you can share to request reimbursement.

❓ What if I can’t attend all live sessions?
All sessions are recorded, and you’ll have access to replays and reflection tools for the duration of the program. However, live participation gives you the best opportunity to receive feedback, ask questions, and connect with peers, so we highly recommend attending live whenever possible.
You will have 1 year of access to the membership area to use all the frameworks and program content.
